Sand Boyer I consider the best closer in the industry. She is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond to make sure my closing get done and will even stays late to wait for lender packages etc. to ensure we close on time every time. Grant and Clara Whitworth are amazing to work with. Grants legal services in complex real estate situations with his decades of experience is priceless! Attorneys John and Natalia are fantastic with keeping me in the loop with my SQT's and evictions/ writs/ hearings etc. and are always available! If I could give more stars I would. Hands down the best Title Company I have ever used and will continue to use!

In re the person who wrote the below review yesterday evening. Whitworth Title Group is not a law firm, it is a title agency for real estate closings. Whitworth Title Group does not know who this individual is. Natalia Ouellette is in house counsel for the title company and does not represent anyone other than Whitworth Title Group in her position with the company. "I would chose any other law firm in the industry. Currently Natalia the president is handling a landlord tenant case and falsely listed items that are not true on a claim letter. I would suggest if your considering this group use any other firm besides this one. Honesty and customer service is everything in this day and age. Natalia has truly failed in both of these areas. My spouse is now forced to retain an attorney over a $1300 deposit. Thankfully I personally work with several.

I was very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and service. I had first time home buyers and they explained every number on the ALTA Settlement Statement top to bottom. Sandy and John were very kind and made my buyers and me feel comfortable and at ease with the transaction.
