Bait and Switch -Mr. Hernandez reviewed my civil case and determined 5 hours at $385 will cover an hour of hearing at Coral Gables Court. We agreed meeting at his stinky little office. I was handed a different retain agreement. Those hours will not cover anything and he will ANTICIPATE around 20 hours. He said that he is filet mignon and no McDonald's. I left his Taco Bell skills. He is sleazy to say the least. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH HIM!

Hernan, is a tremendous human being before he's an attorney. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very professional and knowledgeable along with his staff. During my very stressful case of dissolution of marriage Hernan made me feel comfortable confident and less stressful cuz he was on my side.

He was appointed as guardian ad litem for my son and cheated him from having proper counselling. he said he attended all the meeting wish he did not and saw my son about 5times in 18 months He never returned his call or mine then he would go to court and talk like he knew everything when all he did was repeat the same thing he had said before because he didn't know anything new due to his lack of knowledge and his neglect of the case my son was put to live 2 weeks out of the month with his father who in a state exam was shown to have the same traits of a child abuser and who used to beat me up regularly And had been arrested for drugs and when he had to read something negative in court about my sons father he would cover his mouth and mumble so no one could understand him I think he got paid by my son's father on the side and took the money without caring about the safety of my son all this is the truth and nothing but the truth he ripped my son off from having a stable life

I am very thankfull of the lawyer Hernan Hernandez. Thanks to him, my son had been able to establish the parenting plan that allow my grand-daugther to come back to her second home, my house. All family are very happy , and for always in debt with this lawyer who worht every penny that he charged and more. God blessed you, your family and staff.

i really cannot see this guy as being a guardian ad Litem when as an opposing attorney he placed my child at risk with his incapacitated client. He manipulated the court and got 50 % time sharing when his client could not even drive to his office. He placed my child at risk. He lied and manipulated the situation racking up attorneys fees. This attorney is extremely unethical and should be dissbared. He only cares about making money. In addition, he would try to manipulate my attorneys and do and say anything and i do mean anything to get things his way. Mr. hernandez has no scrouples and no sense of ethics and should not be practicing family law. His client is now formally incapacitated he never once admitted his client was even ill. Mr. hernandez lied about every situation he could. He misslead the court.
