Derek Savage who is one of the lawyers at this firm throughly lied and made me and my friend pay exorbitant fees for his time when he was not working for us but charged us for his personal time as well. Very unprofessional and made many false promises that did not come through. Would not answer my calls and very rude when he is challenged. I would never use him as he is not reliable and changed his fees all the time.

I would strongly suggest using another lawyer, this individual left me stuck to fill a court requirement that myself, as an out of state father in a custody battle in Utah, could not complete. It is called a Dual Focus interview and persons out of state cannot execute this in Utah - as a result I was convicted a year later on a charge that should have never existed in the first place. This guy also would call me in the middle of the night with me a thousand miles away in California, and verbally harass me saying - "you did it, you did it" with no proof other than hearsay - this guy is a real piece of human garbage in my opinion. It has been a long time, but the Utah Bar needs to hear about this -

Bruce is the man. He is very knowledgeable of the local courts, and understands the legal process and refuses to accept unfair treatment. He will educate you on how to protect your rights; he’s no pushover. I recommend him over any other lawyer in the Park City/Salt Lake City area.

This lawyer is the worst one!. He took my money never actually did anything at all about my case. I was young when I went to him and he made me feel so uncomfortable in his office. Don’t make the same Mistake I did. Don’t go to him
