Called to get a consultation. Mr. Perez is charging a $800 consultation fee. RIDICULOUS!! Then not to mention. I called 2 weeks ago to get an appointment. The lady who answered my phone call said she would call me back with an appointment date and time, never called me back. I called back today because I was referred by someone that told me his consultation fee was $50 about 1 year ago. I understand having to increase the rate but more that 600% - 700% increase is outrageous just to consult and not be able to know if he is able to help or not!!

We had questions about setting up our non-profit, and Mr. Perez was an enormous help. He provided us with the appropriate forms and direction, then his office filed paperwork with the State of Texas for us and notified us upon hearing back with approval. It's easy to put off reaching out to professional service providers when you're concerned about cost, judgement, or not knowing the process. Mr. Perez was open, honest, and understanding. ???? Recommend.

Poor criminal defense lawyer, doesn’t fight for his clients or negotiate plea deals. Stay away if your case is criminal related.
