I had a 26 over speeding ticket as a first offense. James Elliot took care of everything, and when an emergency came up and I had to be out of town on my court date he got everything handled and the charges dismissed. Very affordable, easy, and straight forward.

Rob did a great job with our traffic accident case. He was prepared in advance, spoke to the trooper before court, and got the judge to accept a lesser charge for improper equipment. Not all cases are the same, nor are all defendants, but Rob did a sensational job for us. I would positively use him again. (In the business world, I use/deal with lawyers all the time, many costing much much more than Rob, so I know a thing or two about hiring lawyers. Rob's flat rate pricing and efficiency was really impressive. I got more than my money's worth!)

Let me start by saying, I was in contact with two other firms who seemed disorganized and lackadaisical, which made me feel less than confident in there ability to represent me.
