Not a real "office" address! It's a U.P.S. Store where they get their mail. I tried to drop off paperwork but you cannot, you can only mail it to them. So don't drive there- it's a waste of your time.

A law firm pursuing a defaulted credit card from 14 years ago for me. I never recived summons for original lawsuit, defaulted as it did, the daily compounded interest added to this surprise was $1.70 per day in interest. Being unable to contact the entities that Wells Fargo sold the debt to I'm unable to contact and I am left with this company. I've tried to call and contact this law firm for a possible settlement and have just got vm over voicemail. With this no longer being on my credit record and something I wrote off years ago as a mistake in my 20s having a high credit score with little sense of responsibility. This has made me seek bankruptcy information and thoughts of quiting my job over the amount of debt I've found myself in after a life changing motorcycle accident in 03/2022. Still no response I'll pursue the options I have and do my best as a goal for not giving them any of the outrageous interest charged to this unknown debt remaining. Az statue of limitations at the time was 7 years from first default which was not even a valid suit. I hope I get a response. I hope this lawfirm will help me, no, allow me, to pay what I had occurred in debt 15 years ago. Yes. A year for the card to default.. 14 years since the unknown court date I wasn't able to attend.

Important; they are garnishing wages from me, I call to confirm they are taking from the other party and they say there’s two separate accounts and they cannot be discussed and my payments are covering both accounts. As a single mom making $15 an hour working for the state. This is unreal. I can’t keep paying my exes debt. The divorce states this debt is my ex’s. They don’t care. They’re taking it from me. Now I have to try to get reimbursed— guess why were in this situation.

Dirty Law firm that is a collection agency. The date they served me according to court documents was 15 days before they taped the papers to my door! Besides first sending them my neighbors house. Very rude when speaking to them on the phone. Just as an attorney's office in general I would seek other legal council. This office is extremely ghetto. Dont let their Scottsdale location fool you. Horrible experience! Stay away!

This place is a "collection agency" My friend got a ticket in WA in 2001, and never took care of it has had a license for 15 years and now this "law firm" keeps calling her saying she has to pay them $28,000 dollars or they will have her license taken away. If she makes a down payment of at least $2,800 and monthly payments then they will of on suspending her license...how the hell does a law firm in AZ have the right to suspend anyone's license over a 15 year old ticket in WA? If this is legal somehow they should be ashamed of themselves.
