Jason was a court appointed attorney for my husband. He had quite a bit of charges for his case they started with a phone call explaining all of the details of his case. This phone call lasted approximately a hour he was supposed to meet with him in the jail six times and never showed up now I understand that attorneys have several cases and have a lot going on but on the first court date it got continued and by the third court date he showed up to could knowing nothing from the conversation that we all had and didn’t even have but possiably a third of the paper won all of his charges. We have tried contacting him several times thru out the case and no reply’s and spoke with the receptionist several times about getting an appointment with him with no reply back not even a phone call. Now I understand court appointed cases you don’t get paid for but that doesn’t mean you don’t put your all into the case jus as you would for the ones you are paid to do. At the end of the day each case has a human being behind them and everyone makes mistakes in there life but communication could definitely be better than what it has been
