Wow, Mr.Goldberg was very nice and courteous to give me great advice for my disabled boyfriend situation today 4/5/24. I do plan on following thru with EEOC again, but with alot more detail of course. And once we do hear back from them and it's in good standing then he shall represent my boyfriend. I will be getting on it later today.

Although Mr. Goldberg couldn’t help me, he did take the time while on his vacation to talk with me personally and provide me with the referrals I needed to be able to move forward. I greatly appreciate being able to talk to Mr. Goldberg directly and not getting denied before even being spoken to as I had been calling other law firms. Even the secretary, Sylvia, could sense that I was under stress and she acted quickly to get me in touch with Mr. Goldberg. They went over my paperwork and quickly referred me to who could help me best. I definitely recommend this law firm! ????

He was realistic in terms of providing a thorough legal explanation and associated implications. His advice was very helpful to me and I feel my consultation fee was money well spent. He was transparent about his consultation fee and I did not feel as though there was any bait and switch. I do work as a nursing expert witness on the side and have interacted with many attorneys. Talked to 2 different attorney's at this firm and both gave 2 totally different answers of legal or illegal. I'm right back to point A, clueless on what My next step should be ****Revised***** To answer the lawyer that responded. I was given your number from legal shield. I called with an issue. I was told I would get a call back. I received 2 calls from this firm the next day within an hour of each other. The male lawyer said what the company was doing was legal. Maybe an hour later a female attorney called and said no. The company could not do what they were doing and she said I should take action. I couldn't speak with her longer because I was at work by myself. So either you have a volunteer lawyer working for you that you don't know about or there returning your phone calls for you. But I received two phone calls from the same number in one day
