Rudest incompetent "attorney" on the planet. Unless you like giving your money away you'll be better off to avoid this guy. I truly don't see how he could be a member of the British accredited registry association. If you must be in contact with this guy be sure to keep both eyes open and your wallet protected.

Theif !!! Nothing more, He will take your consultation money and do absolutely NOTHING. He will tell you all that he will do and do absolutely NOTHING. He will drag you along for months. This lawyer is the exact kind of lawyer that gives lawyers a bad name. Anybody that will lie and steal for consultation money (Chump Change) imagine what he will do if handed a substantial amount of money . Don't waste your time or money with this CROOK!!!

I've been working with mr. Evans for quite some time now for several situations and am extraordinary please with his work, knowledge of law and his honesty. Stay away! This attorney has anger issues. He has no problem telling you off (the paying client). He made a circus of my civil suit hearing and 1 year later, I am still fighting the issues that he caused. When this is done, I will be filing a complaint with the ethics board. I have more then enough proof to show his incompetence!

I advise all not to use this attorney. I met with him for a consult three weeks ago and he gladly took my money. Today when I called back to discuss the case, he told me he would not represent me, accused me of playing games ( and I was not..this was a very serious custody battle) and then he hung up on me// my advice to you...find another lawyer......those were his words in a later email today. dawn brooky
