My experience with Jennifer is very similar to Joan's. Ignored for months. Lied to. Overbilled intentionally as a strong-arm tactic to force me accept unfair terms. Threatened me nearly every time she reached out to me until I asked her why she felt that was necessary. Kept telling me I wouldn't have to do something while she threatened and inflated her bill to get me to do that thing. Never addressed issues and became aggressive and agitated when asking her legal questions.

Jennifer ignored me and my problems with X the whole time. She went on vacation 6 times in 9 months, had plastic surgery and covid in the 12 months that my file was happening. The first meeting I said wait I don't agree with this and she said we will talk after I go over the file. She never addressed my issue...EVER.... Her office manager was pretty good at screening my calls. Her mistakes cost me over $100,000. And she could care less. She got her money with absolutely no input. She was busy having a good time and wanting to look good. I wouldn't even rate her a "1" more like a "0". Do not call her, she just wants your money. Terrible person.
