HORRIFIC customer service !!!!!!what is supposed to be a professional law firm.!!! I called to get a consultation and ask some questions about the process, They take your information and then don’t call you back , rude when you don’t understand something , asked to speak to a manager and they deny . Then they told me that since I called them out on the unprofessionalism that they will see if the lawyer wants to proceed with the case . MISTY AND CRISTY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND FOUL!!! And I have all the call logs of their UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISMISSIVE CALLS!!!! Absolutely unacceptable.WHAT AN UPSETTING LAW OFFICE
