John Clifton is a useless attorney, do not expect him to step up to the Indiana State Court system while representing you. He'll take your money and let the state smoke your boots, quite frankly it seems like he's in cahoots with the state.

CDL drivers needing representation stay away! You're better off possibly representing yourself in Indiana State Courts.

I've actually ended up hiring him twice. The first time was quick and easy and I got my daughter back from her dad within a couple day's, so I ended up having to hire him again for the same reason and the second time he didn't even do anything at all and I paid him everything he asked for and he still didn't help me. And now again I'm going threw the same thing because my daughter father and I have joint custody but I have primary physical custody but he's refusing to give her back to me and every time I call the cops they say it's a civil matter I'll have to take him to court it's been going on 4 year's now and he's had her and now it's to the point I can't even talk to her on the phone or even see her. I'm just lost now and have no idea what to even do at this point. I need professional help ASAP but I need it to go go by my income

Not a very friendly phone calls un-helpfull at best charm school is needed! Don't expect to get information on a case.
