Called on Mr. Reckenbeil when my son was involved In an auto accident as a passenger. He was right on top of everything. He even come to my house when my son was wheel chair bound and couldn't walk. His expertise and knowledge give me so much relief when my anxiety was at an all time high. I felt so comfortable that he and his assistant Keri would take care of all the calls to insurance companies and I never had to get involved. Very professional and hardworking. All I had to do was pick up the phone or send a quick email and I received a response right away. Would highly recommend John and his assistant. I contacted Mr. Reckenbeil for some legal advice about employment law and he was SO knowledgeable and very helpful. I contacted this attorneys office for a wrongful termination case, and was treated VERY rude and asked "Where did you get your law degree"? I contacted Mr. Reckenbeil to discuss the matter of his employees being rude, and he said "No wonder you got fired", and disconnected the call. I would never recommend them being used for ANY service. They say they are smarter than 99.9% of most people, but they have no social skills. If you are thinking of using them for a case, you may want to reconsider. I also ended up winning my case with another attorney for over $200,000 when they said I had no case at all. They claim to be smart, yet they were mistaken on my case.
