Mr. Lutgens did an outstanding job representing me on a Negligent driving in the second degree ticket. His rate was reasonable, and best money i have ever spent on a lawyer! I was helping a friend by doing some research. I placed a call to his office in the morning, but he was in court. Mr. Lutgens did return my call that afternoon. I informed him that my friend had committed to another attorney already. Despite that, he asked me a few questions regarding the case, and gave me some very useful information.
