The sale of my home finally went through, however, I had to contact Stewart numerous times with questions and concerns, which could have been avoided if someone there would have just gone over the process in a professional way from the beginning. Instead, I felt as if I was interrupting their day when I called. Or I would get snippy reply emails. Then, on the closing paperwork, after it had been signed by me, notarized, and I was given the final amount after the deductions, Stewart subtracted an additional charge from the already signed paperwork, with no notice or explanation. I just happened to notice this when the proceeds of the sale were deposited in my bank. Wonder how many others they have done that to? So if you have a choice, you may want to think twice about using these people. Good luck.
