Jonathan Mitchell is the most horrible attorney I have ever had, and I have had several throughout the years. I obtained his services through a crooked third party firm called UpRightLaw. The fact that this attorney has to use a shady firm to obtain clients should have been my first clue. I needed to file a very simple chapter 7 with consumer debt only my concern was reaffirming my mortgage and vehicle debt. After reaching out to Mr. Mitchell on the matter of reaffirming the debts several times he finally responds with reaffirmation paperwork less than two weeks before the discharge of the bankruptcy. Needless to say my mortgage debt was not reaffirmed. When I confronted Mr. Mitchell about his lack of attention to my case, he blame shifted like a child. He claimed he had sent emails about the matter which was a bold faced lie to cover himself because of his lack of service to my case. This guy is a joke spend the extra money and get a quality attorney.
