Mr. Nealon helped me negotiate a settlement for a situation with my newly-constructed home. It was a situation not many attorney's would have dealt with as it was unclear if the builder was at fault. I read the bad reviews but wanted to give this guy a chance anyways. Big mistake. He basically just disappeared randomly, and I couldn't get ahold of the guy for months. I had to hire an new attorney who also couldn't get ahold of him. We thought the guy died. He got disciplined by the bar in 2010 for doing the exact same thing. Beware.
