We met with Justin to represent us. Every time we talked to him on the phone, he was condescending. IMO. We hired another lawyer in Medina. My point is there is other lawyers out there.

I met with Justin Miller for an initial consult in March 2024, in which he agreed to provide me with legal services and represent me in a pending civil case. Over a month passed since said consultation, and Justin did not even file a notice of appearance with the Court. In addition, he failed to communicate effectively/timely, and took no action in my case other than allegedly reviewing some documentation. I feel I wasted valuable time by standing by and waiting for Justin to deliver and communicate. It seems Justin has a pattern of demonstrating poor communication and not delivering on legal services based on other online reviews. Needless to say, I moved on after 1+ month of poor services and retained other legal counsel.

Just talked to Justin on the phone for a consult, he was very rude and unprofessional and seemed like I was bothering him or he must of been having a really bad day. All he told me how much it would cost me from the start for me to even file. I wouldn’t pay you a nickel after our phone conversation and lucky I didn’t hang up on you for how unprofessional you were and not friendly whatsoever. He needs to go work on his people skills if he wants to be a successful lawyer.

I was referred to Mr. Miller through a few friends for a custody issue and a bankruptcy. When we first met, I did not bring the documents I was asked to bring. He was willing to reschedule, and I brought the papers. He was honest about the issues in my custody case and that some things from a few years ago would probably be brought up by my ex, which they were. He stood up for my rights as a father and made sure I had time with my kids. Even though the court ruled against me having custody (based on the past issues), I know he fought hard for me and I plan to go back to him in the future. As for the bankruptcy, he walked me through all of the steps, answered all my questions. I was freaking out about filing, but he kept me informed and made the whole situation easy to manage.

Edit: I am personally not a client; however, Mr. Miller was contacted and subsequently hired by my mother to handle my grandmother's estate. I was involved as he was hired by our family to represent the estate and it was still a family matter. My review is on the services as witnessed and my own personal experience contacting this attorney regarding services for our family. I did not have direct contact for much of the process with my mom as executor; however, I had to contact with him recently after my mother passed as well- our first contact was fine when I was providing him information from the bank and proof of my mother's passing. However, he was unprofessional and rude when I contacted him simply to understand the legal notices I was receiving from the court regarding outstanding issues and hearings. That's it, simple questions were met with major hostility rather than kindness (or even ambivalence) and simple answers.
