Tuesday evening I attended an overview on the importance of wills in regards to estate planning. Ms. Roux' presentation was informative and enlightening. Patiently, she responded to a plethora of questions. A plus was that she offered to send us her PowerPoint. After discussing her main points with my spouse, we will probably approach her to draft a new will for us.

Kathy is proficient, professional and cost effective. She translates legal terminology to layman's terms and makes you feel like a valued client.

My husband and I attended a Dignity presentation hosted by the Arlington Library. Ms. Roux was one of the speakers and extremely knowledgeable. She was professional, answered every question in a polished and respectful manner. We were very impressed with her and the whole presentation.

We had an absolutely horrible experience with this attorney. She was hired to guide us through a very simple probate where all parties involved were in agreement as to the distribution of the assets. After almost a year we were no closer to finishing the probate case than when we started. Kathy often failed to communicate with us. I strongly recommend using any other attorney and avoid getting involved with Kathy Roux. This is my opinion only and your experience may differ. To answer Kathy’s response, it is true she did not represent me personally. However, she represented my wife of over 30 years and I was involved every step of the way and can bear true witness that everything stated in this review is accurate and on my wife’s behalf.
