Such an amazing experience. Kenneth attentive, responsive, and reliable. I won't say much but what I will say is that he got me out of a toxic situation and I'll always be thankful. Kenneths receptionist Marci, answered my calls and emails in a timely fashion, she was extremely nice and listened too me when I spoke. I would recommend this firm to everyone and anyone. 10/10 experience.

Terrible experience. Kenneth and his office staff failed to return any phone calls or emails promptly, or any all at times. They refused to be accountable for any progress in my case. He told me (2) times he was filing a suit on my behalf, only to fail to produce any documentation of his work or filing after 6 months of retainer. Instead, he fired me as a client after I asked for accountability and proof of work performance. He is out to take your money and do nothing. His office receptionist is clueless. She is unorganized and gets confused. Never follows through on her word or her work. She even screamed at me for asking why she had failed to respond to multiple emails over months from me requesting any type of follow up or communication. Worst experience I have ever had. I’m not a “reviewer” but I hope I save others from experiencing this thoughtless attorney. I didn’t have extra money to waste and he took advantage of me clearly. Lesson learned.

Ken is a professional and knowledgeable attorney. He’s patient and understanding towards his client. I’m so glad we hired and get to know him. Including your team members and Marci…I deeply appreciate it your hard work and understanding…Keep up the amazing work! Thank you ????

My husband and I have worked with Ken and his team for the last year regarding our guardianship case and they have been nothing less than AMAZING! Ken was with my husband and I every court date and fought tooth and nail with us to get our kids home. He explained the process before court and explained the proceeding after. Never once were we unclear on what was happening. He always had a positive outlook when it came to our case and congratulated us on our progress every step of the way. Marci was also absolutely amazing as well! She was always kind and kept in touch every step of the way. I felt comfortable and supported whenever I went into the office to turn in or sign paperwork or called with a question. Words cannot express how great full I am for these amazing people. Kenneth Hedgberg, is a great lawyer and very professional, in my opinion I am glad that I came to him he’s been my lawyer for almost 4 years.
