Peter is firm, well balanced, has a very good, structured methodical approach to practice and working with others that is refreshing. Peter is a pleasure to work with and gets results. Peter helped me with a number of legal issues over the years including a living trust and a last will and testament. He’s always been easy to communicate with and has proven a incredibly useful resource for a number of other small legal and real estate questions I’ve had over the years. He’s very well organized and down to earth. He has a very broad range of experience working with lots of different types of legal issues.

We have been clients of Peter since 1995 when he was a young attorney first starting out. We were involved in a complicated business deal and he was the only one would listen. Since then he has helped with many matters from negotiating cell site leases, evictions and more. He has always handled everything efficiently, competently and in a friendly manner. Lawyers most of the time take a bad rap, especially if they are 3,000 miles away from you.0They over charge and never responsive. NOT THE CASE WITH PETER BALOGH. I found him listed in the San Mateo Barr association. He is the best advocate one could have. We ran into many problems which he addressed promptly. He answered our calls immediately. He recommended a realtor to help us sell our relatives house. The realtor was as good as Peter. In conclusion I’m sorry that I didn’t record our conversations. It would have made good comedy. Did you ever hear two ex New Yorkers trying to out talk each other????? If you need a good, professional and experienced advocate, I recommend Peter.

I am so grateful for this December's pre-probate court assistance by Zoom, text, and e-mail received from lawyer, Mr. Balogh, Peter, and his legal secretary, Ms. Connors, Maggie, in this time period of COVID-19. As a result of my best efforts to apply Mr. Balogh's advice, my probate deadline has been extended to March 1, 2023. After my recent first probate court date, he promptly sent me the latest related probate court case document by e-mail! Hopefully, my sister, plus a family of neighbors, will, or have had probate communication with Mr. Balogh. I don't want to take my extension of time for granted . . . nor my ability for further probate consultations with Mr. Balogh as needed. (REVISED 12-20-2022)
