James is a great lawyer and a great person. He has represented me, and I couldn't have been happier with the results. James took my difficult case where he explored all aspects of the matter and helped me get into psych treatment for an undiagnosed condition that caused the incident. I was facing a possible 20 yr prison sentence, James, working diligently and skillfully over a 2+ yr period to got me Deferred Adj with 5 yrs probation. James Gill is a life saver! I spoke to a long list of lawyers before deciding on James (he was actually the first person I talked to) and there was a reason I came back. He seemed very forthright and honest, like he sympathized and wanted to help rather than just wanted my money. I never had to wait long for responses to my many questions about my case. My county of offense was Williamson County which most of us know can come down hard and he somehow got them to work with me on something that everyone else said would never work. He goes the extra mile to make the law work for you and he is friendly and respectful all the while. James Gill is amazing!! I haven’t personally used him, but I have known people who have. I don’t write reviews very often, but I just had to give him credit on all the hard work he puts into his clients. I know if I ever get into any trouble(hopefully not), I know who to call! I saw how dedicated he was to helping them and it paid off! He was able to get their cases dismissed!
