Very professional in all communications and meetings both in the office and the courtroom. Extremely detailed with all the preparation for court and all paperwork submitted to opposing counsel as will as the court. The process is a daunting one, but Lisa and her staff take you step by step through it all. They are very patient with answering your questions and talking with you about your concerns .
