I have known Mrs. Kirk for 29 years having gone through law school with her. **BEWARE** Lolita represented my husband in a case that cost close to 40k. We were told she had done everything and that we would have to accept a 4 year prison sentence. After I questioned her about the case and why she wasn't advocating for my husband she resigned. I had no choice but to seek help from Public defenders office and they went before the same judge, in the same court room and he was released back onto probation. Lolita did not do everything for my husband! She refused to even ask for his release and neglected to tell us that we had more options. She refused calls from him and the new attorney, causing even more delay. Leaving my husband in jail during a pandemic. If you are looking for an attorney that will advocate for you she is not the right attorney for you. I feel she was negligent and unwilling to fight for her client.

Amazing attorney… It’s never easy when life throws a curve ball and legal matters creep into your life. Thanks to this phenomenal woman, my stress and fear of the “ unknown” was under control . Especially since the legal system is not one of my strong points. She was always upfront and clear at explaining the most confusing ins and outs of court processing etc….even after my fiancé’s case was completed, Lolita continues to make herself available for us.
