I called on a Monday, spoke to Ethan(who was very professional) and had a consult with Mandy the next day. Mandy was kind, knowledgable and easy to work with. She was able to quickly assist me with the legal issue. I feel very fortunate I came across The Law Offices of Mandy Pavlakos and will use her firm for all my future legal needs!

By far one of the worst experiences EVER! As a top producing agent who has sold MANY homes and has dealt with many title companies, this has to be by far the worst experience I've ever encountered in a real estate transaction. Extreme lack of communication, emails and phone calls go days without getting returned. Just not what you expect to experience from a law firm! Stay away!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If you are looking for a company to help close your real estate transaction STAY AWAY. No communication, delayed our closing, and the closing only continued because me (the buyer) sent 5 plus emails a day checking on the closing. They delayed our closing and did not care. Now, there are funds still outstanding that they have not issued and we closed 2 weeks ago. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
