Terrible! Robert Watts assistant is very unprofessional just like him. I notice them for a court date a year ago which failed to represent me, The same day I was in court Robert said that he didn't had my file and left me there. Robert said it was his assistant Nancy that didn't give him my file even though I paid 500 upfront and was to pay other 500 once court was done. A month has passed since that court I been calling, leaving messages even going there in person trying to get my money back. Robert assistant Nancy only says that she doesn't have permission to give my money back or my file but she does have permission to receive money from clients.. really? ????She also tries to intimidate clients saying she's being threatened once I said that I know my rights and I asked for my copies of my file and money that Robert Watts actions were to be considered to be report by me to the disciplinary board of attorneys and supreme court . It's totally not right for clients like myself to pay and inform and inform the attorney just be left at court and for a assistant like Nancy to act so cocky once you tell them you got another attorney.

Terrible service. Nancy Perez I believe is Galvin's legal assistant and she never submitted my application for a fiance visa. She constantly lied, and after 6-7 months I meet with an immigration officer who told me my application was never send. After that It took her several weeks to answer my calls. Finally, a refund was made in cash outside of a parking lot ( very professional) This place is not recommended at all.
