Law Office Of Mary M Bader

Mary Bader is a horrible lawyer and a horrible person. She touts herself as a Christian but she does not know what Christian values are. My Son died almost 2 years ago and she took our money for the probate and has not done her job, she won't return calls or even show up in court. We haven't had any communication from her in over a year. She is a cruel person, we have been through so much with this horrible loss and then to have to deal with this horrible mess is just unimaginable. Please do not give this woman any money or your business

My husband and I created a Living Trust with Ms Bader 2 1/2 years ago. We created Grant Deeds that were notarized and should have been recorded in 2 counties. My husband subsequently died which made it necessary to create an affidavit after his death which were also notarized and also should have been recorded in 2 counties. To date, none of these documents have ever been recorded. My attempts to follow up to see why none of these documents were filed were ignored . In total she was paid $1800 for this service. I had to employ a new attorney to create all these documents. The documents were created, notarized, and recorded. All the appropriate documents have been returned to me completed within 3-4 weeks. Shame on you Ms Bader for taking advantage when I was so vulnerable!!

Never paid me for notary service I completed for her client at a hospital. Notaries stay away, you won’t get paid. She will ignore you once service is completed. Bad business here.

Mary was incredibly helpful to me as I was going through a very difficult time. She gave me the right information (after so many others had steered me in the wrong direction) and was so courteous and supportive. I appreciate the information she gave me, as well as the way in which she gave it. I would work with Mary again in an instant.

Family member passed in late 2017. The estate has yet to be settled in almost 6 years. Not a large estate. Communication is lacking. I would not recommend.
