Once you finish paying them for the fees for your submitted application, they ghost you. And if you’re applying for VAWA and they are the ones to receive the notifications and updates for your case, it is very difficult to get a hold of anyone in the office. There has been multiple times that it will take me 2 or so weeks to get a hold of a staff member. The new staff since the beginning of the year have been rude, belittling, unknowledgeable about my case, and dismissive. The only reason to why I am not posting a 1/5 stars is because Ms. Brewer did helped me with the gathering of correct documents and proof for my case. I do believe she did an amazing job in building up my case. I just wish that the rest of the treatment would have had the same outcome.

I will give credit to the Law firm for being able to approve my father's Humanitarian Parole and Employment Authorization ONCE. After the initial approval our family received three rejection notices from USCIS due to the Law firm failing to submit payment/fees correctly which, the law firm was at fault. Our family finally gave up due to the firm's lack of effort, attentiveness to the client, lack of communication and always told "we can take a message and get back with you" and attention to detail. To make things worse, our family requested all records that the law firm had for my father so we could seek other legal counsel, they sent us INCORRECT records from a different family which, had their personal/private information. To me this was a MAJOR RED FLAG. Our family eventually gave up due to the companies lack of effort, customer care, not being able to talk to anyone and always saying "we can take a message and get back to you" and attention to detail. I do not recommend her, the worst lawyer, very friendly at first and in the end, since you paid for everything, they no longer listen to you, they leave you alone and they do not prepare you for your interview, when the interview date arrived, their office no longer answered me closed that due to the pandemic we left him a thousand messages with his secretaries and nothing. I had to investigate on my own and pay someone else to help me, when they are supposed to prepare a package that you deliver at the interview, we had to get everything on our own, do not spend your money on someone who does not You will prepare well for your interview apart from the documents that they sent had many errors when I prepared the package and I got the documents they had many errors and I had to correct many things it was very stressful.
