This was an excellent experience as in the past, I had great success with this law firm when my prior landlord broke into my house changed my locks because I did not accept her sexual advances. Mr. Pensacke is like a professor has a well verse knowledge of the laws and is compassionate with integrity. Anyone reading this with landlord issues make this your first stop.

I've read mixed reviews of the ITU but from my experience with them I have nothing but positives to say. They were able to get 60 days before moving out and get the $3,000 that was owed dismissed. They were friendly and helpful. I don't understand where the negative comments are coming from. Thanks ITU!

The only positive reviews listed here are names of two ITU.EMPLOYEES. ONE OF THEM IS the advocate Chris Jones assigned to.our case. My.wife has left repeated voice mails for.him but he does not return calls. The attorney assigned to us, told my wife to chill and hung up on her. Our paralegal. Renae Hernandez has been responsive but does not have as answers to basic questions. Mr. Penzak was nice the one.time my wife spoke with him on the phone to complain, but also does not return messages. Our case should have gone to a jury, we had a jury demand that I obtained prior to.hiring ITU. Our landlord refused rent we tried to pay.him because he needs the condo for relatives moving here from Polond. He never fixed anything the entire time we lived here and has our security deposit. We found another place, moving in a few days but need assurance that the sheriff will.not be out before the weekend, when we will be able.to.move. My wife is severely disabled and we are elderly on a fixed income. We paid ITU 1000.00. They did get us a little over an additional month in the rental, almost gave them a two but my wife reminded me how rude our lawyer is. They have been difficult at best to deal with. They were responsive before they had our money. Certain things were not clearly explained and it was two weeks after we paid and still.nothing was done on our case until.we called and spoke with a terse Chris Jones. Very disappointed.

My mother called today, the guy who answered the phone was unprofessional, very rude, and unhelpful. The guy who was attending her, kept telling her she had to pay the full of amount of the law suit, by the sounds of it, he sounded like he was on the land lord's side. He also stated that he has been working 7 months there and he knew what he was talking about. No disrespect, to him but he should study tenants laws more. Don't waste your time.

Personally, best tenant representation. I had unfortunate circumstanc last fall which cause my anxiety levels to go up. Went to this great organization and my anxieties were met with calm and understanding. I am glad I choose them. I would personally recommend them.
