Currently we are in a situation where we need to bring our mother who has Alzheimer's to Florida from New Jersey, however we really needed to understand the Medicaid process . Michelle and Michelangelo and the entire staff have taken so much time to explain the process, answer al of our questions and concerns. They truly make you comfortable and treat you like family . Once we determine if we indeed will be bringing our Mom here , we will be hiring Mortellaro Law . When I started to look for an assisted living facility for my parents I was referred to Mortellaro Law. I contacted their office and my call was connected to Mr. Morellaro. At that time he took HIS time to talk to me about my options. I didn't require an elder attorney until about 2 years later and I decided then, even though they were not local to me, because of my conversation with Mr. Mortellaro, I felt confident using his law office. I chose right. This was when the pandemic was at it's peak and they worked with me by computer. They constantly kept in touch with me either by email or phone. I don't know how I would have gotten through the process if it wasn't for this law office and their staff.

My wife and I had the pleasure to work with Case Manager, Ms. Jeannie Galloway on my father-in law Medicaid Application. It was an extremely difficult time for us but we knew we were in excellent hands. Jeannie was professional, efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, and responded quickly to any requests or questions.
