They’re great they help us out for the adaptation of my daughter. 11 months of waiting pays off and got finalize last July. Don’t recommend this office! If only Google allowed to give 0 star, I would! The worst experience I’ve ever had! I asked if they can do authorization and consent for travel for Ukraine for my kid. This is an emergency for my fam, so Olga assured me that they provide such a service l, so I paid $250. I sent the approval to Ukraine and they told me the doc is not approved. The other day I came to their office again and Olga told me to go Kings county clerk’s office for the doc to be sealed. Nobody told me where to go and that I have smith else to do with this doc. Then the office sent me to another downtown Manhattan office to get the apostille, assuring me it’s a fast process. I was shocked when downtown office told me that they require online appointment. I took a whole day off to do the work and it was a total disappointment, so I had to hire another office that performs all of these services at one place, promptly and professionally. When I asked Olga’s office for a refund, they declined my request, trying to prove me they did all the work. When smb says they do this or that service and you pay for it, you expect the service to be fully provided. This was not the case with the office, stay away from it!
