Patrick is cheaper than most but be prepare for the type of service you will receive. Patrick's approach seems as if he doesn't want your business and that you are bothering him. He choose to reschedule court cases to take vacations (TWICE!) He continued to confuse the names of the people involved in the court prior to us going to court. I will say he was available when I needed him for an emergency hearing which was great. He told me we would request to get my lawyer fee paid through court BUT never prepared the paperwork or had anything ready for it during our scheduled court case. He wanted me to pay him again to try to get the court fees paid. so just weigh the pros and cons for yourself to see if you want to do business with Patrick.

This guy dont fight for you. Shows up with dandruff all over his suit. Makes promises he cant keep. I dropped over a thousand bucks on this guy for a hearing with results I could have done myself. He made it so I ended up owing the court more money than when I first hired him. Hes cheap but so are the services.

Do NOT hire this attorney. He cannot even uphold an attorney's basic duty to their client - the oath of confidentiality which goes beyond the grave. He breached my attorney-client privilege and that is why he is under investigation by the State Bar of California. I am a real person making this posting and it is my First Amendment right to do so. It is my opinion of his severe legal unprofessionalism and I hope he gets disbarred. Thank you for considering my post.
