Absolutely amazing customer service!

I contacted Patti’s office at the last minute and gave vague details of the case. They quoted me half the price of some other attorneys and scheduled a consultation on a holiday (MLK) when the office should’ve been closed. Upon reviewing details and documents, Patti realized that they had misunderstood the case, at which point she told me the price would change... and she cut it in half. She didn’t have to do that, but she was honest and forward about it. She was also very realistic; she didn’t give dramatic speeches or false promises; she didn’t push for more demands (meaning more time in court and more money for herself). Instead, she used her extensive experience to predict the outcome and how she would attain it. And she was absolutely right. This world needs more attorneys like Patti J Hightower; experienced, knowledgeable, honest, reasonable, and caring.

I want to thank the law office of Mrs Patty Hightower for helping me in my daughters case she did everything to protect my daughter and I commend her for it and Mrs Rios for answering questions and concerns thank you couldn’t be more grateful.

I believe Patti is of good sound mind and character. It may not have been the outcome I wanted in the beginning. But listening to her reasoning behind her advice has set me up for good outcomes. She is methodical in her thinking and will be at bat for you. She isn’t afraid to be firm with you to help you understand the process and why things are how they are. It is a great benefit too a client of any attorney when the attorney can steer you the way she is capable of doing. I started this process with her nearly a year ago.
