I recently had an issue with real estate closing. Mr.Kelly is the most caring and helpful attorney I have dealt with! He took time to prepare, go through documents and options without ever being pushy for a sale. He demonstrated great professionalism and I feel Like o can trust him. Definitely will recommend him to all my friends.

Where do I begin with this place. Seller (me) n buyer hired this Legal Group to complete the closing on the sale of my property in Pflugerville. I was under contract that they would successfully complete it after all legal documents were signed. Now here we are four and a half years later and none of it was ever processed in accordance with the contract. House n taxes is still in my name.. they never processed everything in accordance with Texas real estate law. Now I have to go out of my way to find documentation that was four and a half years old to get everything processed because this incompetent Law Firm could not process it as required. I have never known such incompetence in a law firm as this place right here. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas bar association for this severe negligence on their part. Beware! Response to Legal group. Try telling the truth. additional fees for your negligence, what world do you reside on? These issues were yours and your failure to close on this sale. Thank you for the evidence to prove your negligence. This is the reason why I asked for documentation so I could have proof. So please not put it off your irresponsibility on the client. ITS BEEN 4.5 YEARS AND TRYING TO BLAME ME WONT WORK. All emails on your negligence has been kept and shall go to the bar for full investigation. 1st you failed to file the TDHCA; and the property tax issues; which still showed in my name 4YEARS LATER!!. The release was NEVER disclosed so please try to accept YOUR WRONG DOING!! On that other case, you double charged me for work NOT PERFORMED ON WHAT I HIRED YOUR FOR. IVE NEVER BEEN HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE ON EITHER CASE SO PLEASE STICK TO THE TRUTH!! AGAIN BUYER BEWARE!!!
