We would definitely not recommend Ms. Dart’s services. We found her to be manipulative and rude. At one point she told us a good lawyer can convince their client to do whatever they wanted. We were told to answer everything in complete sentences w/everything in triplicate to her w/originals. She would repeat herself and her stories often. As well as for asking for the same paperwork over again. She would stop by our home to talk or for more paperwork as opposed to us scheduling to meet at her office/home. She told us email and fax was unexceptionable because they were not confidential/private enough. She would hand deliver paperwork or mail special delivery to opposing counsel, courthouse, and us. Which we would be charged more because of travel time, parking, extra postage, etc. As soon as our financial situation was dim she withdrew from our case. She never completely gave all our property back. We felt she was very unprofessional and did not have our best interest at heart.

Finding Ms. Dart as my attorney was indeed a blessing. At a time in my life when my world was out of control she put it all back together for me. So when you ask… would I recommend her? You bet your life.

I highly recommend hiring Ms. Dart to represent you in any court proceeding. She represented me during an emotional domestic abuse case against my former husband. Without her advice, intelligence, passion, and kindness, I can't imagine how lost I would have been in the process. Ms. Dart's experience in life and in the courtroom will benefit you greatly.

Tough but amazing. Makes sure you are prepared and doesn't hold back. Worth every cent.
