I had paid Peter to represent me in Gaurdianship of my Adult disabled son he was to continue doing the accounting for the conservatorship I asked him if he was gonna be available for the foreseeable future to which he said yes according to casenet he sent me a letter informing me that he was withdrawing from the case never received any such letter and no oral notice have 4 months to come up with nearly 2 000.00 on a fixed income to keep the conservatorship. Very irresponsible and lack of professionalism.
My family has had to get a judge to order the county sheriff to serve him papers demanding he appear in court and explain why he has not executed the judge's order that was issued many months ago. This is after years of delays and excuses and not returning calls or responding to messages when trying to get him to do the job we already paid him for, and he has this far refused to disperse our settlement.
I would give Zero stars if I could. My family hired him to deal with the probate on our Dad's property and our inheritance. It's been over 4 years. Now that our checks are to be sent out but no checks instead we are getting certified letters for us to sign saying we received cash. No, we did not receive cash or checks. He did send one check out and it was a fraud check. Don't trust this guy!
This guy here will not do anything unless you call them multiple times and then you have to follow up with the court house because there is usually an error with something and they never follow up on it. So you will have to call the court house and see what needs done then call them multiple times to get them to fix anything. He will charge the maximum while not even doing the minimum amount of work needed. This is very dishonest. I am filling a complaint with the office of chief disciplinary council over this guy. Save your self time and money and go somewhere else.
If I could leave zero stars I would. We hired Peter to assist in a vehicle title issue because the previous owners had not paid their sales tax/registered it properly and they refused to communicate with us after the sale. This process requires someone to send a certified letter to DOR and once DOR responds, we can obtain judgement from the court to proceed and get our truck registered. We hired Peter back in early June for this and they mentioned it would be about 6-8weeks. Almost 6 months of numerous excuses and blaming the registered mail getting lost or the DOR not responding, Peter has no updates (expect him to never call you once they take your payment, you will have to call them and leave voicemails which may or may not be returned) or resolution and I’ve had to call the courts for updates on our case. Going to lick my wounds, accept that I’ve lost $250 on nothing and find a different competent lawyer.
