Watch out if you're a co signer on a loan of any kind as Rachel more than likely won't contact you as a co signer. My roommate first lied to her about me being a co signer on her auto loan. But IF I had been, Rachel never contacted me on it. I found out when I received the paper about my roommate and bankruptcy. I called her office and spoke to Nadine and she said I wasn't listed anywhere and didn't know why I received it. Then I get an email from Rachel saying it was because I was a co signer. I told her I didn't do it and my roommate lied to her. So if I had received a call from her at the beginning she would have know that she was lied to. I hope this attorney report's the lie and knowing she also signed legal papers stating all was true. Hopefully Rachel dropped her. I was explained by my bankruptcy attorney that if caught lying he would drop me and report it. I'm contacting the Attorney general's office to make sure it's followed through. Now it's nice to know she'll lie on your mistakes and take the blame for making a false statement. After I told her I wasn't a co signer..2 days later my roommates Kia was towed away. So I know my roommate had done it intentionally. DONT TAKE the gamble with this attorney. I let the trustee know about a conversation I over heard my roommate asking Rachel if there's anything I can do to her after she found out I told Rachel I wasn't. I heard my name mentioned. They're both liars. Remember, you get what you pay for, and she's not worth it.
