Dan was the absolute best lawyer I could ask for! Having never been sued before by a collection agency, I had no idea what to do. I remember being in pain and wandering what to do with bills that I was trying to meet. Medical necessity caused me to figure out how to pay and which bills to pay. Being on a limited income I wrestled with keeping current with medical bills using credit cards to keep current with everyone seeking money. I got many letters in the mail referring to my civil action notice. I called Dan only. Threw the other ones away. I left a message and he called me back immediately. We spoke for a half hour. Great talk. Really sold himself. Told me he would email information to hire him. Never received an email. I've called every day since letting him know I never received the email. He's never returned my call!!!! Defending myself at the hearing. Saved me 400 dollars. Thanks for not returning my call Dan!!

Let me begin by saying that I am not versed in the art of law at all. After an accident left me disabled my bills began to mount.
