Prantil was my attorney for 2 half years. I paid him over $100,000.00 and he couldn't even finish the Job. He only sent me 2 bills. Prantil kept saying don't worry about it your wife will Pay my bill. My kids were over 18. So he didn't have to deal with that. He's a LIAR. Worst lawyer in San Diego do your research and you'll find out. He's a joke. He kept saying trust him. He's been doing this for 28 years. It's like a Chess game. Terrible lawyer and a person.

This Lawyer get the job done! I have had Richard as my lawyer for 5 yrs and been in 3 court hearings with regards to my former husband,child support ,custody and anything else he could try to take me to court for . Each time Richard handled my case with a no nonsense attitude,he definitely knows the family Law buisness. Needless to say we kicked butt everytime and I prevailed ;) Tom Flynn his trustworthy sidekick helped put the icing on the cake . Man victory is a sweet taste . Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Complete unprofessional low life. I’m amazed he is allowed to practice law with his complete disregard for clients needs or the law itself. Steer clear if you’d like quality representation, luckily karma will definetly deal with him and his unethical practices.
