He failed to effectively question witnesses, leaving crucial evidence unexplored and allowing blatant perjury to go unchallenged. Despite clear opportunities to confront the opposing party, he seemed unprepared and indecisive, ultimately jeopardizing my case. It became apparent that Mr. Miller's priorities were misguided, as he appeared more concerned with appeasing the opposing party than advocating for my interests. Rude and offensively unprofessional. I spoke with Mr. Miller & his office telephonically about my case and then scheduled an appointment 2 days later. I then call them again when over 1/2 way there (a 50m drive in LA traffic). After being put on hold for several minutes, Mr Miller comes on the phone and tersely states "We don't handle that type of case, stop calling us" like I was stalking him. Mind you, this was only the 2nd time I called & we had an appointment. I received no cancelation notification or even missed calls from his numbers. If you decide a case isn't the right fit for you in between our discussion & meeting, just let me know you want to cancel. All it would take is a simple call or e-mail. Don't waste my time, and above all, don't be rude and unprofessional.

Richard Miller is a highly competent attorney who provides expeditious legal advice in probate and estate planning. Not only has my family been satisfied, but I have referred my friend to him as well. She,too, has been grateful for his astute legal advice. As an added bonus, he is is easy to talk to and a nice guy.

Richard T Miller got his license from a cereal box. He was hired to represent an aerospace company. He decided to file a UCC judgement lien against my company and my personal credit in 2017, after an agreement had already been made. 5 years later I discovered the lien is still in place and has been hurting my credit since. He lied to me about having no knowledge of the filing. I had to hire an attorney to draft a demand letter to remove the lien and threaten to sue. As of today, the lien still has not been removed. By far the most incompetent attorney I have ever encountered. I met with him once to help me with a clear cut case I would win. He wrote a demand letter that was to my detriment. I changed attorneys, successfully won my case, and months later Richard continues to email me despite my multiple requests to stop. Even his staff have told me that he has “no idea what he is doing.” Sloppy and careless beyond belief.
