I have never in my lifetime, and multiple attorneys have ever had an attorney like Mr. Gier. He is absolutely incredible at what he does. He's extremely intelligent and quick-witted. Also, gives you a peace of mind because he really handles things including reaching back to you. He doesn't cut you off when you're explaining what's going on. If you've had an attorney, you know exactly what I'm talking about. He cares about his cases and the people he represents. I highly recommend this guy from the bottom of my heart from my family, we thank Mr. Gier for taking the time and working with us and creating a little peace for our household during these difficult times.

Does nothing for clients. Been waiting to see this guy show up after three months of no shows and gets away with it for now. How is it possible to say this is a judicial system in Atascosa when you have a city of Mayberries that are all corrupt should be investigated. Worse location and highest crime rate with FBI REPORTING.

I hired him for a cps case. 4000 dollars. He appeared by zoom twice in the beginning and never again. I appealed to the state , was in contact with them, got the records from the court. I finally told him I didn't need his services since he didn't do a thing. He was still deducting my bank. He had agreed to stop but didn't. I asked for an itemized bill and it said hourly charges with no specifics. I had another attorney i retained for a $3500 for a family member who decided not to pursue after a few months. Attorney was still owed$300 When he terminated services with attorney she refunded all the money. That's what I call ethical. Gier has none

If you like leaving voicemails that never get responded to,, no shows to court dates to just get reset time after time, and be left in the dark and in jail with no means to representation then he's the man for you. Honestly I'm beginning to wonder if he even exists.
