This is by far the most incompetent attorney I’ve ever used in my life, I’d definitely recommend this guy if you’re looking to waste your time and money, he didn’t even show up to court after telling me to be there 30 minutes early the day before, I drove 2.5 hours to be told there wasn’t going to be a hearing because he didn’t contact the other attorneys involved to let them know the court date. This was the second time I’ve drove that far only to find out there was nobody other than myself and my wife at the hearing which didn’t exist. He also has no problem not responding at all after asking him what the deal was… if I could give anyone advice as far as this attorney is concerned it would be to look for anybody that is someway capable of doing their job.

This lawyer is terrible. I filed for divorce back in October and haven't heard anything from him since. Tried calling multiple times and left messages and nothing. Do not recommend using him.

I am a single mother who spent most of their life homeless. Mr Kersey took $1500 from me and said he would get me custody of my son. All he did was send my sons dad a letter and then refuse to answer my calls. Haven't heard back from him in over a year. Still haven't gotten custody.
