I hired Powers Law Group to represent my case and to file for a family based application for permanent residency in Oct, 2016 after meeting with Ruby herself. I am very pleased to inform that I got positive outcome and received my permanent residency in July, 2018. It was a long journey indeed (thanks to the new immigration back-log and almost 18 - 24 month time-frames for processing wait-times). I wanted to start by thanking Ms. Elizabeth Smith (one of the legal assistants) who did all the thick paper-work/supporting documentation and all the back-n-forth communications and her attention to the minute details. Believe me, this is a key for any application and its success. Elizabeth is excellent and provides fantastic customer service!! Secondly, I would like to thank attorney Ms. Michele Strickland who even amidst her busiest schedule and office coverage days gave a fantastic interview prep and answered all of my questions and helped me ease through the interview. She was present during my interview as well and it went very well. Lastly, I would like to thank Ms. Ruby Powers for transitioning my application and all her initial notes on file even from my initial meeting to all her employees and staff flawlessly. This is also a key to success, as the process takes so long and there is always possibility for new hire employees and attorneys during that course of time, esp. near your interview date. Overall, I will recommend Powers Law Group to anyone without any second thought. I would need to admit they are a little pricey but it is worth it, as they are that good!
