Do not use this unprofessional and uninformed attorney. Does not take accountability for his mistakes, shows up to court late in multiple court settings and will keep pushing dates back despite weak evidence that could be dismissed easily. Literally the reason why court appointed attorneys get a bad reputation. This immature and argumentative lawyer shouldn't be allowed to represent even the worst of criminals with his lazy and unprofessional attitude. On a side note, literally wears the same suit and tie to every court appearance suggesting lack of presentation and professional nature. Do yourself a favor, stay far away from this poor excuse of a lawyer.

Worst attorney possible. Absolutely unprofessional and sloppy presentation of information. Never helped with any cases and let client sit in jail for week knowing he was assigned to multiple cases. Denies facts and blames bail bond company for his lack of presenting information in a timely fashion. Do not let this unprofessional and immature lawyer represent you or your family. Will not help you and frankly I'm surprised he's even a legal aid considering he does not discuss relevant case details.

I have attempted to contact Mr. Acevedo by phone for the past 3 business days to no avail. His receptionist became upset with me, after she told me that another women had called for my boyfriend and I told her how unprofessional that was.
