Aloha, I am writing this review as a reference to my lawyer, Mr Scot Brower Esq. Mr. Brower became my lawyer this past July, a mere 5 months ago upon the passing of my former lawyer. Mr. Brower took my workman's comp case. Though I will not name my insurance company at this time, I will state that when my former lawyer fell ill, which finally led to his death, my insurance company ceased my T.T.D. payments, ignored all efforts of my ailig lawyer to communicate, and started playing cat and mouse games that insurance company's play to leave me cut off and destitute. Even though my rehabilitation doctors sent copies after each monthly visit stating that I was unable to work due to injuries sustained on the job. Mr. Brower immediately went to work reestablishing communications with my insurance company and negotiating a hearing with the labor board which resulted in my receiving a sizable reimbursement of all delinquent T.T.D. payments. Mr. Brower never fails to return my calls, or address any concerns I may have regarding my case. He has proven to be a most competent lawyer and it is my pleasure and a relief as my lawyer.
