I called to schedule a consult. They asked my name and the name of the other party involved. Apparently my ex had used this lawyer before so they told me there was a conflict and that they could not work with me. Within 30 minutes my ex called me yelling at me. I called/emailed the office and complained about the lack of discretion. Via email Scott C. denied it was his office that told my ex (or my ex's new wife). There was no other explanation since that office was my first call and I hadn't told anybody else. Very dismissive attitude over the lack of privacy. If you want your personal matters shared after giving them required info over the phone then call this place first. Greenville is a small, gossipy town and this place fits right in.

I am still in the middle of my case, but let me just tell you. I am SO pleased with hiring this man to represent me! He is an absolute beast in the form of an angel, and I am full of hope in an otherwise hopeless situation regarding the custody of my daughter. Scott believes in me, encourages me, and reassures me at every point he can. Kendall is just a doll and is as sweet as could be. They make me feel like I have family representing me. I am able to open up so easily to Scott and have no reservations or need for censorship. This man doesn’t work as a lawyer, being a lawyer is his calling! I am so hopeful for my case and just COULDNT be happier or have a greater feeling of stability through the biggest legal nightmare I’ve ever gone through.
