I have been working with Scott McDaniel for almost 3 years trying to get my disability for the second time. Can you give zero stars? He did NOTHING! After sending over years of medical records, proof, verification, at court he said one comment. And then, the worst part, when we were supposed to attempt a retrial, I worked my butt off, had ALL the evidence, called him and asked about our progress after almost 2 years said 'OH, I'M NO LONGER YOUR ATTORNEY', I LOST MY LIFE AND HE TELLS ME THIS!!! When did THAT happen!? BAD BAD BAD BAD LAWYER! I would have found another.
