She is one of the most compassionate and professional people I have met in the legal arena. Her commitment to clients and willingness to make payment arrangements is unparalleled to anyone else in the area. She absolutely loves children and will go the extra mile to see that they are safe! I have never seen someone work harder!! Many attorneys are in it for the money, but Susan truly cares about the issues her clients are dealing with. Sure she doesn't want to deal with nonsense, but who would? When you're as good as she is, you shouldn't have to! Excellent representation, Reasonable fees, Extensive experience - that's what you get with Susan Burger!

I have worked cases against Susan and can honestly say she is a great attorney. Many people tend to view attorney's negatively in divorce situations because it is expensive and the results are fair, but usually not desirable for the clients. If someone's case doesn't go well, the tendency is to blame the attorney. I would definitely recommend Susan and do regularly to friends and family.

Susan Burger is the worst attorney that had ever walked this earth! she gave me a flat rate for my case and I paid it in the very begging. I just spoke with her and because my case has taken this long she just withdrew as my attorney because I told her she didn't have to be rude. She told me I have to pay more because court has lasted this long, BUT I've only had her since like June and she has only been to maybe four court appearances. She told me it might not sound like a big deal to me but it is to her. So I flat out told her that all she does is sit there anyway. So she hung up on me! Looks like I will be filing and representing myself!!! She is god awful and no on get her!! She doesn't need to work for families!!! She does NOT DESERVE ANY STARS!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

She "represented" my husband. Because of a language barrier, I mostly communicated and conveyed our concerns, however, I was met with arrogance, belittling, and overall rudeness. My husband sometimes texted her and his grammar mistakes led her to reply, "Speak English"...Finally fed up, I wrote her an email and her last line said, "don't expect miracles" and that moment I replied and told her my exact thoughts to which she then replied that I "stay out of this" and to "stay away from her", because according to her, I was the problem. I forwarded all emails between us to show her that I was nothing less of polite and respectful only to have her attempt to dismantle my strength and to fight for my husband's innocence. Fired her on the spot and retained a new attorney-- a breath of fresh air from Susan Burger. I will never recommend anyone to her.

Beware of this lady. Was told she would take my case, and then 4 days before my court day I was told to find a different attorney. Could never get in touch with her. For a week I was told she is out sick, then 4 days before court I was told she's in the hospital find a new attorney. When I hired my new attorney I was told "she wasn't sick she was in court today". Very unreliable. Beware.
