RUN. Here is my story... simple divorce case, no kids, married just two years. Hired Jarvis to handle my divorce. Simple enough, right? Think again. Five months after hiring Jarvis he still had not done one thing to move the case closer to becoming final. Not one exchange of discovery requests, never conducted inventory, never conducted depositions and did not schedule a mediation. And when I asked him about he has accomplished, he got defensive and said he will just withdraw. ****WARNING STAY AWAY**** There are too many good, hard working and ethical attorneys out there to take a chance on this guy.
