Thomas Swain assisted me by fighting a moderately severe moving violation and two non-moving violations (vehicle related) that I was simultaneously cited for. The outcome was a deferred disposition of the moving violation and a dismissal of the two non-moving violations, keeping my driving record clean. Thomas Swain is an amazingly thoughtful person. I can’t say enough about him. I engaged him to help me with a traffic ticket that I got almost a year ago. I’m a bit forgetful...I have always had so much going on at once... anyway, somehow I thought I paid him and the ticket was over...of course, I paid him to go to court for me then the court would tell him what they wanted from me. Well, like I said, I stay pretty busy and I’m bad at keeping in touch with anyone. I have my phone turned off usually and I almost never ck my email. Last week I received a text from Mr Swain trying to contact me about paying a traffic ticket...he had sent me a text before, but I erased it thinking it was a scam, because of course, in my mind the ticket had been taken care of long ago. For some reason, I decided to look up his name and I found out that he was indeed an attorney in Austin. I called him and he pretty much saved me from not paying my fine, I could have wound up in jail, but bc Mr Swain was so thorough and thoughtful, I didn’t. I recommend him highly

Great experience and outcome, Mr. Swain got my total fines from about $600 to $175 without me having to show up in court, and kept my driving records clean! A satisfactory level of communication, but could be more responsive.

I just had a phone call with Thomas. I was originally upset over a issue but after our conversation I can say he was fair and professional and at the end of the call we were not only on the same page but also on the same side of the fence so to speak. 5/5 stars.
